NOW~US
SUMMER RETREAT
17th-20th JULY 2025

Introduction:

Another year, another summer and another unforgettable retreat. Once again we are meeting in Uckermark to create a very special weekend.
Where we move, play in the middle of the poppy fields, take long walks to the quietest lake and still water,
gather around meals, and share our beloved stories. We find boredom, then creativity.
We play with clay inspired by the morning motion through yoga.
We perhaps meet a friend for life just like I  did at the first yoga retreat I hosted.

Now retreat is relaxed, playful, and real.

It’s a gift for yourself to feel inspired,  rested, and connected to yourself, nature, and other humans.

We curate for you, a long weekend to eat well, move, be in nature, and connect.

As simple as it can be.

About the location:

Nestled in the heart of the stunning Uckermark region, just a short distance from Berlin, Grossergarten is a hidden gem that offers a perfect blend of nature,
tranquility, and inspiration. Surrounded by lush forests, rolling meadows, and picturesque landscapes, this beautiful estate is an oasis of calm,
ideal for those seeking to reconnect with themselves, nature, and their creative flow.

The house has a rustic and minimal aesthetic. Owned by  a creative couple, everything is added with time and taste. For quality, simplicity and simple beauty.
It offers a double bed for each participant with a bathroom connected, two beds in mezzanine and two beds  in a modern trailer facing the direct garden  view.

A big communal space where we practice and share meals, the garden is on a terrace,  with flowers and fruits, a little paradise.

Chez Ella. is a once a month gathering dinner. A place of nourishment, laughs and interactions.. With simple food like our grand mothers would cook. Sourdough bread, homemade cheeses, pickles . vegetables and slow cook beans. Focusing on organic and seasonal products. Chez Ella wants to offer you delicious bright food to feed your body and soul while listening to nature. The name came across my mind while writting to my mother one morning, telling her: one day I will come back to Mauritius turn grand Aunty’s house into a restaurant and grow vegetable from her garden. Until then,I may fill my life with experiences, do the necessary, to one day make it real. Her name was Ella.
