Sourdough bread, homemade cheeses, pickles . vegetables and slow cook beans. Focusing on organic and seasonal products. Chez Ella wants to offer you delicious bright food to feed your body and soul while listening to nature. The name came across my mind while writting to my mother one morning, telling her: one day I will come back to Mauritius turn grand Aunty’s house into a restaurant and grow vegetable from her garden. Until then,I may fill my life with experiences, do the necessary, to one day make it real. Her name was Ella.
